The project takes the main attraction of the site as its starting point: To keep the grand trees, not by conserving them, but by activating the room beneath: The 200 cars are placed among the old trees. The housing is placed onto the lawn in eight rows, broken up to give a sense of scale and location. The smaller houses face the area with detached houses and the longer units face the sports buildings north of the site.

The modern apartment has flowing space, plenty of light and blurred borders with the outdoors. Traditional buildings are romantic and have a comforting feel about them. In our design these elements are combined into one home. You enter a traditional house, only to find amazing views and rooms bathing in light. The modern side can be accesorized according to current trends.
